Building across three frontiers

An independent venture studio using AI to shape the future, not chase it.

We don't make products for the world that exists — we build for the one we believe is coming. Across consumer software, services, and education, from Lagos to Los Angeles, each venture is a deliberate move toward that future.

How we think about what comes next.

A handful of working theories that shape what we choose to build, what we leave alone, and how we make the call between the two.

i.

The future is built, not predicted.

We don't write thinkpieces about where AI is going. We ship the products that get it there. Every venture is a working hypothesis about how the world should be.

ii.

Models are collaborators, not features.

The interesting work is in software where intelligence is part of the architecture — not a chat box stitched onto a database. We start there and stay there.

iii.

The future is unevenly distributed.

The most consequential AI products will not be the loudest ones. They will be the ones that reach places long overlooked, and quietly redraw what's possible there.

iv.

Taste is a technical decision.

Defaults aren't neutral, and “we'll polish it later” is how products lose their soul. The empty state, the error message, the loading screen — they all count.

Three frontiers. Each on its own clock.

The studio is currently working on the following. We don't talk about projects until they're real.

/ 001
Worn
A consumer product. Live and operating independently at lookworn.com.
/ 002
Untitled — services
An on-demand services concept being prototyped for select urban markets.
/ 003
Untitled — education
A global K–12 online school in development, built around several major international curriculums.
/ 004
Internal R&D
Quiet experiments in retrieval, ranking, and small-model orchestration. Some will graduate. Most won't.

A studio is just a set of habits.

These are ours, written down so we hold ourselves to them.

If the work resonates.

We're always open to the right conversations — with users, operators, partners, and investors who see what we're building.
